Static neon signs:3-year warranty Coverage: sign and power supply. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Dynamic neon signs (RGB / RGB Flow):2-year warranty Coverage: RGB/RGB Flow sign and power supply. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Accessories
Dimmers and controllers:2-year warranty
Channel Letter & Lightbox Signs
4-year warranty Coverage: full sign, including structure and illumination.
Metal Signs
3-year warranty Coverage: manufacturing defects related to paint or texture. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Acrylic Signs
2-year warranty Note: indoor use only.
Ultra-Thin Lightbox Signs
2-year warranty Note: indoor use only.
Important notes
Warranty timelines apply only when proper usage and protection guidelines are followed.
Warranty is valid from the date of purchase or invoice payment.
All electrical components, including power supplies, must be placed under a shed or protective cover. Improper protection may result in malfunction and void the warranty.
BRIGHT NEON® does not provide a warranty for improper use, improper installation, or damage resulting from failure to follow care and protection guidelines.
Hard-wired & installed signs
BRIGHT NEON® is not responsible for any costs to install and/or uninstall your sign. If your product has been installed and/or hard-wired, we take no responsibility for any costs incurred to uninstall and/or re-install. If a sign has been wired and/or modified by an electrician, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decide if a fault is covered under the warranty.
Replacement & returns
Our products are free from manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, we offer hassle-free assistance. We provide returns or replacements for faulty products only and will make every effort to resolve the issue. After inspection, we may fix or replace the product. Final resolution (including any refund of product/shipping cost) is determined case-by-case at the sole discretion of BRIGHT NEON®.
If both video and photos cannot be provided, our ability to diagnose and resolve may be limited. We may provide instructions for a remote fix based on your case. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
In exceptional cases where no resolution is possible, we may issue a refund (at our sole discretion). The refund value will be less than or equal to the product’s sold price and excludes shipping charges.
Do not dispose of any items. We may arrange collection for inspection. If only part of a product is faulty, we will replace only the faulty part.
About neon signs (hand-crafted nature)
Minor variations in shape, colour, font, or size can occur. The size includes the acrylic base and may vary by 1–3 inches.
Exact designs/fonts from computer mock-ups may not be identically replicated in hand-crafted production.
A hard glue is used to fix LEDs; some visible glue marks are normal.
Marginal discolouration can occur due to screen calibration differences or prolonged UV/sunlight exposure.
Signs may produce slight operational noise (LEDs, dimmer circuits, adapters, power supplies, and in some large signs, ventilation fans). Position power supplies in a well-ventilated area. Slight warming (mainly from the power supply) during operation is normal.
About UV-printed and illuminated signs
Our printers are calibrated for accurate CMYK reproduction, and we aim to match your design colours. Minor colour variations are not considered production errors. On-screen representations can differ from printed outcomes. If precise colour matching is critical, please provide explicit instructions.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for perceived differences in colour, depth, or tone; such cases are addressed case-by-case.
For illuminated signs, colours are matched to your design when the sign is on. When off, slight colour variation may be visible.
The buyer acknowledges these variations are inherent to the products and do not constitute faults.
You agree that determining whether a product failure/breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is at the sole discretion of BRIGHT NEON® (Webcom Ventures LLC). You agree to provide complete information on the circumstances of use and failure to support an informed determination.
Damaged in transit
Please open your parcel upon delivery and, where possible, take an unboxing video for future claims. If the package is visibly damaged (punctured/bent/crushed), take clear photos of the box from multiple angles before opening, including the shipping label.
Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery date in your tracking email). Reports after 7 days follow our general returns/refunds policy.

Failure to provide the above within the timeframe voids our obligations.
If a sign is confirmed faulty, lost, or damaged in shipping, BRIGHT NEON® will provide a replacement at no cost. Requests to modify the design or change the shipping address may incur additional charges.
