BRIGHT NEON® offers the following coverage:

LED Neon Signs

  • Static neon signs: 3-year warranty
    Coverage: sign and power supply. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • Dynamic neon signs (RGB / RGB Flow): 2-year warranty
    Coverage: RGB/RGB Flow sign and power supply. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Accessories

  • Dimmers and controllers: 2-year warranty

Channel Letter & Lightbox Signs

  • 4-year warranty
    Coverage: full sign, including structure and illumination.

Metal Signs

  • 3-year warranty
    Coverage: manufacturing defects related to paint or texture. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Acrylic Signs

  • 2-year warranty
    Note: indoor use only.

Ultra-Thin Lightbox Signs

Important notes

  • Warranty timelines apply only when proper usage and protection guidelines are followed.
  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase or invoice payment.
  • All electrical components, including power supplies, must be placed under a shed or protective cover. Improper protection may result in malfunction and void the warranty.

BRIGHT NEON® does not provide a warranty for improper use, improper installation, or damage resulting from failure to follow care and protection guidelines.

Hard-wired & installed signs

BRIGHT NEON® is not responsible for any costs to install and/or uninstall your sign. If your product has been installed and/or hard-wired, we take no responsibility for any costs incurred to uninstall and/or re-install. If a sign has been wired and/or modified by an electrician, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decide if a fault is covered under the warranty.

Replacement & returns

Our products are free from manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, we offer hassle-free assistance. We provide returns or replacements for faulty products only and will make every effort to resolve the issue. After inspection, we may fix or replace the product. Final resolution (including any refund of product/shipping cost) is determined case-by-case at the sole discretion of BRIGHT NEON®.

Faulty products (what to send us)

Please attach:

  • A short video of the sign showing the issue, and
  • Photos of the sign and any relevant components.

If both video and photos cannot be provided, our ability to diagnose and resolve may be limited. We may provide instructions for a remote fix based on your case. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a replacement at no cost.

In exceptional cases where no resolution is possible, we may issue a refund (at our sole discretion). The refund value will be less than or equal to the product’s sold price and excludes shipping charges.

Do not dispose of any items. We may arrange collection for inspection.
If only part of a product is faulty, we will replace only the faulty part.

About neon signs (hand-crafted nature)

  • Minor variations in shape, colour, font, or size can occur. The size includes the acrylic base and may vary by 1–3 inches.
  • Exact designs/fonts from computer mock-ups may not be identically replicated in hand-crafted production.
  • A hard glue is used to fix LEDs; some visible glue marks are normal.
  • Marginal discolouration can occur due to screen calibration differences or prolonged UV/sunlight exposure.
  • Signs may produce slight operational noise (LEDs, dimmer circuits, adapters, power supplies, and in some large signs, ventilation fans). Position power supplies in a well-ventilated area. Slight warming (mainly from the power supply) during operation is normal.

About UV-printed and illuminated signs

Our printers are calibrated for accurate CMYK reproduction, and we aim to match your design colours. Minor colour variations are not considered production errors. On-screen representations can differ from printed outcomes. If precise colour matching is critical, please provide explicit instructions.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for perceived differences in colour, depth, or tone; such cases are addressed case-by-case.
  • For illuminated signs, colours are matched to your design when the sign is on. When off, slight colour variation may be visible.

The buyer acknowledges these variations are inherent to the products and do not constitute faults.

You agree that determining whether a product failure/breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is at the sole discretion of BRIGHT NEON® (Webcom Ventures LLC). You agree to provide complete information on the circumstances of use and failure to support an informed determination.

Damaged in transit

Please open your parcel upon delivery and, where possible, take an unboxing video for future claims. If the package is visibly damaged (punctured/bent/crushed), take clear photos of the box from multiple angles before opening, including the shipping label.

Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery date in your tracking email). Reports after 7 days follow our general returns/refunds policy.

If you are within the 7-day window, email hello@brightneon.co.uk with:

  1. A clear photo of the sign’s damage
  2. The unboxing video
  3. Clear photos of the outer box and any damage (all sides)
  4. A clear photo of the shipping label

Failure to provide the above within the timeframe voids our obligations.

If a sign is confirmed faulty, lost, or damaged in shipping, BRIGHT NEON® will provide a replacement at no cost. Requests to modify the design or change the shipping address may incur additional charges.

Refund & Cancellation

BRIGHT NEON® Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to modify designs or cancel orders once the production process has begun. This applies to both custom designs and pre-designed products listed in our shop.

You may, however, request a cancellation or design modification within the following timeframes:

  • Standard orders: within 4 hours of placing the order
  • Rush orders: within 1 hour of placing the order

After these time limits, the order and design are considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@brightneon.co.uk with the subject line:
“Cancel Order [Your Order Number]”
within the applicable timeframe.

Please note:

  • Orders with pre-approved designs cannot be cancelled after approval. You are welcome to modify your design as many times as needed before production begins.
  • Once your refund has been approved and processed, it may take 8–10 business days to appear in your account.

Returns

We offer a 21-day return window for ready-made products that are found to have faults or defects upon receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom or made-to-order signs — designed to your specific requirements — are not eligible for return. However, if your custom sign has a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to repair or replace the item after inspection.

Replacements & Refunds

All BRIGHT NEON® products are quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution as per our Warranty Policy.

The outcome, including any refund for product or shipping costs, will be determined case by case in line with our warranty guidelines and at the discretion of BRIGHT NEON®.

Orders on Hold Due to Customer Dependency

If your order cannot progress because we are waiting on information or approval from you (e.g. high-resolution logo, reference material, or design confirmation), our team will reach out 4–5 times over a 90-day period via email or phone.

If we do not receive the required details within 90 days from the order date:

  • The refund window will close permanently
  • No cancellations or refunds will be possible

However, if you later provide the required details (even after 90 days) without changing the order specifications, we will still honour and produce your order. Updated timelines will be provided once production resumes.

Missing or Damaged Items

To resolve any issues efficiently, we require an unboxing video and photos of the received package. These should clearly show:

  • The condition of the outer packaging before opening
  • The process of unboxing
  • The received items in detail

If the parcel appears damaged, punctured, or bent, please take clear photos or videos before opening. This evidence is essential for claims with our courier and insurance partners.

We only issue replacements once the provided proofs have been verified by our team.
Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for manufacturing defects, lost, or damaged products.
  • We will provide fair and prompt assistance and may send a new replacement to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Shipping

BRIGHT NEON® Shipping Policy

At BRIGHT NEON®, we proudly ship our products across the United Kingdom and Europe. Over 98% of our orders are delivered within 6–9 business days from the date of order.

Delivery Timelines

Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7 business days from the order date.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 10  business days from the order date.


Delayed Delivery Clause

Once your order has been shipped and collected by the courier, any further delay is beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a delay, our customer support team will provide assistance and updates.

If BRIGHT NEON® dispatches your order within the stated timeframe but delivery is delayed due to courier or customs issues, our liability is limited to a refund of the shipping cost only.

Exceptions

  • For signs larger than 140 cm, transit time may increase.
  • For signs containing more than 30 characters, production time may extend by 2–3 additional days.
  • Bulk orders (more than two pieces) may require extra production time.
  • Slight delays may occur during holiday periodssevere weather, or logistics disruptions.
  • Lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels require additional time to trace and resolve.

Changing Your Shipping Address

You may request a change of shipping address before dispatch. Once a shipping label has been generated and the order is collected, address changes are no longer possible.

If a customer requests a delivery delay or address change after dispatch, BRIGHT NEON® accepts no responsibility for any resulting delay or delivery issue. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged in Transit

Please open your parcel upon delivery and take an unboxing video for your records.
If your sign is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send an email to hello@brightneon.co.uk including:

  1. A clear photo of the sign damage
  2. An unboxing video
  3. Photos of the outer box showing any damage (all sides)
  4. A clear photo of the shipping label

Failure to report damage within 7 days will void eligibility for a replacement.

If confirmed as damaged or lost during transit, BRIGHT NEON® will provide a free replacement.
Design changes or new delivery addresses may incur additional charges.

Missing or Damaged Items

For any missing or damaged items, please provide:

  • An unboxing video showing the opening of the parcel
  • Photos clearly showing the condition of the packaging and the received items

These are essential for us to process claims with our courier and insurance partners. Without this evidence, we may not be able to process replacements.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels

Our delivery partners typically require a signature upon delivery. If you opt out of this requirement, BRIGHT NEON® cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen parcels marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier.

If an order is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement.
If declared lost or damaged, BRIGHT NEON® will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Requests for modified designs or new shipping addresses may result in extra charges.

Reshipment Clause

If a customer is unavailable to receive their parcel after 2–3 delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
In this case, the customer is responsible for reshipment charges.

We encourage all customers to:

  • Monitor tracking updates
  • Coordinate with the courier for delivery
  • Provide any special delivery instructions at checkout
